plum ink

This week I printed some identity items for Brevard Neely, a cool client in Denver, Colorado. She went with a very nice dark plum color on natural white paper stock. The ink combination included process blue, rubine red and a little black.
I’m assuming that the lower image is just waste scrap that you wipe the ink on? It’s just that I love it. It’s wonderful art! LOL
I mixed the ink for this specific plum color, and used clean white scrap paper as a surface. Sometimes mixing inks looks a little avant-garde. I like it too, thanks! : )
