I want to send a million thanks to jungrrl at Craftster for posting an online tutorial on how to make a craft show banner. I followed her instructions and here’s my finished product! I have always wanted to have a swanky sign for my craft shows, so since I’ll be doing a few weekends this summer at the Brooklyn Flea I figured it was the time to take a crack at it. If you follow Craftster’s instructions you can keep your expenses very low. I spent $5.50 on a large copy of my sign at kinkos, and $11 on fabric and felt – that’s it!
If you have any tips on signs you made or have questions on how to make your own, leave a comment and we’ll start a discussion.
Looking good!

very nice, the felt is a great idea. I like your spokesmodel! I made mine with a freezer paper stencil, and of course I did at about 2 in morning before a show, so I don’t have any process pics, but there are plenty of freezer paper tutorials out there.
That top photo is killing me.
