Today is a new feature! I printed a series of vintage graphics on these moleskine cahier notebooks. This is a lady golfer…and the person who comes up with the best caption wins it. You can leave your entries below in a comment, I’ll announce a winner on Wednesday. (International entries welcome) Good luck! :)
Hi Moontree! How about this caption:
“GOLF: Gentlemen Only, Ladies Forbidden”… my ass.
=),
cat
ps-sorry for the expletive!
Ooooh, I like it. You get points for a quick entry!
maybe something like, “do it with gusto!”
“Watch out Tiger, here comes Tigra!”
This is great. ‘Love it.
I’ll twist a quote from Superchunk:
“Are being driven or do you drive?”
That would be “Are YOU being driven or do you drive?”
Sorry ’bout that.
;p
“Proof that there are good women drivers”
Wow. Good one. :)
FORE!
(for the cover
WORD
(for the inside)
Is that letterpressed or just printed? Awesome idea. :-) I’ve considered getting an embosser to do something similar with the tiny moleskines, but this seems even better.
I can’t think of a creative caption, but just so my comment is on-topic:
“Gone clubbin’.”
Yes, it is letterpress of course. They are the little cahier moleskines, perfect pocket size. You can come by 608 if you want to see them.
I’m so excited with all these responses, maybe I’ll Monday giveaways a weekly feature!
If it said “Fore!” on it, would you call it your “Foreskine” notebook? (sorry couldn’t resist)
Oh dear, ha ha!
Girlfer.
Driving for equality.
That sounds corny now.
“Driven.”
How about “Keep your eye on the ball.”
Love your work!
“Forward thoughts”
“Augusta Bound” or “eye of the tigress”
I’ll announce the winner tomorrow mid-morning, so check back! :)
How about this great quote from Babe Didrikson Zaharias (a great female athlete):
“It’s not enough just to swing at the ball. You’ve got to loosen your girdle and let ‘er fly.”
PS. Love your blog. And I’m really curious how your terrariums did over the weekend!
¡¡¡Precioso!!! Amazing!!!
