Yesterday I shipped off these great promo cards and tags for Stout Photography in California, designed by Matt Moores at Reborn.  The cards were 3-color, one of them this beautiful blue-green shade – Pantone 5503U.  What’s your favorite pantone number for letterpress (this week anyway)?

I had a great Sunday morning at Phillips Farm in Milford, NJ.  We picked cherries today, but I’m excited to go back for blueberries and strawberries.  This place is amazing, I can’t recommend it enough.  You can see some more photos at the Moontree Facebook page.  YUM.

This couple chose to get married privately and host a celebratory reception for their friends and family later.  I’m surprised more people don’t go this route – it can be much less formal and still very fun and joyful.  This sounds like my kind of event.  :)

I recently printed these great invitations for designer Laura Carollo of Grace Notes Papers.  There were a few letterpress challenges on my end, namely a very tight registration between the hydrangea and leaf, and a thick solid border in a dark ink.  I double inked the border and moved slowly through the stack with registration.  [...]

I’m still basking in summer-ness, how about you?  This rehearsal dinner invitation was part of a wedding invitation job I delivered earlier this week.  The ink colors and fonts match the invitation itself, but the graphic is fun and a little less formal – just the right feeling for a rehearsal event.
