I found a lonely box of metal type sitting on a cluttered table at a flea market in PA recently. The seller didn’t seem to know what it was, so I bought it for $10 because I felt bad for it. :) If anyone would like it, just email me. It’s an assorted box of dingbats and machinery symbols, about 30 pieces.
UPDATE: Jessica Pigza, a research librarian at the NY Public Library, was the first taker. So the type is on its way to her. So happy to find a good home for it. You can follow her at The Handmade Library, or check out her monthly Crafternoons at the library. Happy printing Jessica!
