Good morning!  I’m so excited to launch a summer long contest series today.  Last year I had hosted a number of monday contests and I’ve been missing them lately, so I decided to start them up again with a few small changes.  This summer I’m going to stick with one prize:  the winner each week gets 50 custom business or calling cards!  Enter as many times as you like.

We’re going to start with some six word contests.  Last year I heard about Smith magazine’s six-word memoir challenge, so we’re going to do something similar here.  Every week I’ll post a theme Monday morning and you have until Thursday morning 10am (ET) to post your entry in the comments section.  Best entry wins a set of custom business cards.  Today’s theme is:

SHOWDOWNS

**Also, I’m going to try a twitter experiment today.  The first 25 people to tweet this contest with a link and include @moontreepress will receive a free letterpress greeting card in the mail.  (I’ll direct message you on twitter to get your address).

I had a great Sunday morning at Phillips Farm in Milford, NJ.  We picked cherries today, but I’m excited to go back for blueberries and strawberries.  This place is amazing, I can’t recommend it enough.  You can see some more photos at the Moontree Facebook page.  YUM.
