The shade of pink on Gayle’s cheeks is one of my favorite colors on earth. I’m trying to figure out the right pantone number to match it. What do you guys think?
I love this baby girl.

awwwwww if i had a pantone book in front of me i would love to look it up!
Pantone 5015 C maybe?
There’s a cool little app if you have an iphone called “color expert” that can help you pick colors from photos.
I did one quickly using the app using your photo and posted it here: http://www.hilarybaumann.com/2011/02/11/puppy-cheeks/
Oh wow, thanks Hilary. That’s really cool!
There are some good color tools on the web (like Kuler or ColorLovers) but I haven’t found any that do the full Pantone, CMYK, RGB breakdown as nicely and quickly as that iphone app.
Glad to put it to some fun use. :)
reminds me of arturo’s pale pink paper!
I know exactly what you mean, I love that shade.
If you look, there’s a lot of lavender in there. I vote a combo of pantone 9363U and 9303U…
